1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Melora ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Melora provides a photo sharing platform for events such as weddings, parties, and gatherings. Users can create events, generate QR codes for sharing, and collect photos from guests.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for spam or phishing activities

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Melora a limited license to store, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payments and Refunds

Melora uses one-time payments for event creation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no photos have been uploaded to the event.

7. Data Retention

Photos and event data are retained for the duration of your event plus an additional 90 days. After this period, data may be deleted. You can download your photos at any time during the retention period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Melora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
